BlueWater Canyon Extreme

The Canyon Extreme rope is one of the top canyoneering ropes on the market. It is a thinner rope at 8 mm, but has great durability and strength. It has a Technora sheath for great cut resistance. It is made up of HMPE core strands making it a high strength rope and very light weight.
It is NOT recommended to use this rope with an ATC or Pirana style descender due to potential slippage, especially on bigger rappels. It is recommended that you use this rope with a descender that provides good friction like the Hoodoo Belay Device.
